Wudang Kung Fu, Tai Chi and it's related internal arts all originate from the holy Daoist Mountain of Wudang in Central China.
The Wudang arts strive to create an improvement in your health and happiness by understanding and cultivating your relationship with nature and your path (or Dao) in life.

YUAN XIU GANG
Master Yuan has lived and trained in the Temples and Mountains of Wudang since 1991. An accomplished Martial Artist, Internal Arts practitioner and healer and Daoist priest. He has dedicated his life to helping people in China and International Students from around the world to achieve better health and balance in their lives through the Wudang Arts.
David has been training in Chinese Martial Arts for over 30 years in Canada and China. After training extensively in the Wudang Mountains Master Yuan has allowed him to share authentic Wudang Martial Arts, Taiji and Qigong in Toronto. Our Wudang lineage is called San Feng Pai and traces its roots back 800 years to the 12th century when Zhang San Feng began developing the internal arts that would become Taiji (Tai Chi). Click below for more information on our lineage and recent history.
Li Yaoyu (Ian)
Ian has lived in China and Wudang since birth. He is studying philosophy in Canada now and assists in training our students and helping them understand Daoism (Taoism)
Zhong Yun Long
Grandmaster Zong Yun Long is a 14th Generation Wudang San Feng Pai Inheritor and Daoist Priest.
He has studied Martial Arts since he was a young child. He has studied Martial and Daoist Arts in the Temples of the Wudang Mountains since he was 19 years old.
He has dedicated his life to understanding and sharing the Daoist Wudang Arts with the world.
